That's the truth I want the world to hear, not a headline, but real, lived proof you can keep going when everything in you says stop.
That's why I'm running 14 marathons in 7 days. My body and mind will beg me to quit every step, and I'll have to endure it to survive. Relief comes but so does the next wave of pain. Finishing marathon one will feel like relief, but I'll know more pain is coming each day. That is the reality of what it is like for people struggling with their mental health every day.
The Stay Strong Run is me proving that out loud you can stay strong, over 592km because some things need to be seen, not just heard.
It's ok to talk about the hard stuff. You don't have to struggle in silence.
Stay strong and keep going.
